Scheduling: All sessions and camps are by appointment only and subject to coach availability.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards, checks, electronic payments and cash.

Cancellation Policy: We require 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling of individual/group sessions. Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge for the full session.

Expiration: All session packages (packs of 5, 10, 20) expire 3 months from the date of purchase.

Discounts: We offer a 10% discount for military families and siblings training together.
